Viewing the Solar Eclipse

On August 21 starting at 1PM, the library will be distributing solar eclipse glasses to children and, supply allowing, adults with New City and West Nyack cards.  It's only safe to look through the glasses for three minutes so there will be plenty of opportunity for sharing. Due to a limited supply, the library is unable to distribute the glasses in advance.

If you want to see the event from the cool of the indoors or the weather is uncooperative, you can come inside to the Meeting Room where the NASA livestream will be playing on the big screen.
